Kotha Cheruvu

Kotha Cheruvu is a picturesque lakefront recreation area in Sircilla town, Rajanna Sircilla District, Telangana. The tank and its surroundings were developed as a Mini Tank Bund as part of the town's beautification and recreational development. According to a May 2022 report, a park was developed on 3.5 acres at a reported cost of ₹11 crore, while the tank bund was developed along a 1.8-kilometre stretch with separate walking and jogging tracks, greenery and lighting facilities. The development included a butterfly garden, flower garden, yoga shed, open gym, children's play equipment, toy-train facilities, boating facilities and other recreational amenities. The project was intended to provide a major public recreation space and green lung area in the middle of Sircilla town.
