📜 History – A Vision of Unlimited Fun (2016)

🏗️ India's Largest Amusement Park Chain: Wonderla is owned and operated by Wonderla Holidays Limited, a company promoted by Kochouseph Chittilappilly and his son Arun Chittilappilly. The first amusement park, Veegaland (now Wonderla Kochi), was set up in Kerala in 2000 with an investment of ₹75 crore. Following its overwhelming success, the second park was launched in Bengaluru in 2005 on an 82-acre plot at a cost of ₹105 crore.

Wonderla Hyderabad – Commissioned April 2016: The third park, Wonderla Hyderabad, was commissioned in April 2016 at a cost of over ₹250 crore (2.5 billion). It was opened to the public even before the initial estimation of 2017.

The park is situated on 52 acres of land (currently 38 acres occupied for rides and facilities) and is located beside the Nehru Outer Ring Road, making it easily accessible from all parts of the city.
