Ramappa Lake
Ramappa Lake (also known as Ramappa Tank) is situated near NH 163 in Palampet village, Venkatapur Mandal, Mulugu district, Telangana , approximately 40 miles northwest of Hanumakonda. It is a 13th-century engineering marvel and a freshwater lake that forms an integral part of the Kakatiya-era chain tank irrigation system .

Laknavaram Lake (also known as Laknavaram Cheruvu) is a scenic reservoir situated in Govindaraopet mandal in Mulugu district, Telangana. It is 17 km from Mulugu and 80 km from Warangal. Built by the Kakatiya dynasty in 1213 A.D., this ancient lake spans over 10,000 acres and features 13 scattered islands connected by a magnificent 160-metre hanging bridge .
