Yamanapalli Dinosaur Fossil – Kotasaurus yamanpalliensis . Discovered in the Yamanapalli (also known as Vemanapalli) region of Mancherial District, Telangana , this Early Jurassic sauropod dinosaur dates back approximately 160–175 million years . The fossil was excavated by the Palaeontology Division of the Geological Survey of India (GSI) between 1974 and 1982.
