📍 Sivaram Wildlife Sanctuary (also known as Shivaram) is located along the holy River Godavari in Mancherial and Peddapalli districts, Telangana . Established in 1987 exclusively for the protection of marsh crocodiles (Mugger crocodiles) , it spans 36.29 square kilometres of dry deciduous and riverine forests. The sanctuary is situated 10 km from Manthani , 50 km from Mancherial town , and approximately 240 km from Hyderabad .
